    CHEMICAL AND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT

    1. DOCUMENTATION
    - Material Certificate shall be issued by manufacture. Gas bottles shall be
    made of high strength carbon steel for pressure vessel (eg , SA.788 , SA-541 , SA 508 , SA
    515 , SA 516 , etc) and alloyed steel (eg. Chromium Molybdenum steel, Nickel steel ,etc ,as
    stipulated in BS 5045 Part 1) or section xx BP Gas Bottle Procedure number XXX.

    - Guarantee Letter shall be issued by vendor.

    - Inspection and testing report shall be issued by manufacture according


    to section 8 BP Gas Bottle Procedure number XXX.

    - Catalogue and manual shall be issued by manufacture.

    - Drawing shall be issued by manufacture.

    - Material Safety Data Sheet shall be issued by manufacture which should


    comply with section II article 4 Indonesian regulation number Keputusan Menteri Tenaga
    Kerja RI No.: KEP-187/MEN/1999).

    - Marking (colour coding marking and stamping) shall be attached by


    manufacture according to section 3.5 BP Gas Bottle Procedure number XXX.

    - Label shall be attached by manufacture according to the information on


    MSDS.

    2. INSPECTION AND TESTING


    - Packaging and Marking Inspection:
    - Packaging shall comply with section 3b and 3c of this appendix.

    - Visual inspection:
    - The Inspection to make sure the condition of equipment.

    - Identification Check
