General Objectives:
I. OBJECTIVES 1. Demonstrate the fundamental and basic skills in Arnis.
2. Perform the six striking techniques: dose pares; single sinawali; double sinawali; advance and peripheral sinawali; and
redonda.
A. Content Standards: The learner demonstrates understanding of guidelines and principles used in Arnis in order to achieve personal fitness and
self-worth.
B. Performance Standards: This module will allow students to learn and demonstrate the fundamental skills of Arnis in class.

C. Learning Specific Objectives


Competencies/Objective At the end of the lesson, the learners are expected to:
s:  Practice the basic and fundamentals skills in Arnis with few observable errors,
Write the LC Code for each  Execute with confidence a variety of techniques in Arnis (dose pares; single sinawali; double sinawali; advance and
peripheral sinawali; and redonda.)
 Understand the rules and terminologies used in Arnis by using them in action.
 Perform warm-up, stretching and cool down exercises properly.
 Be open to corrections from teachers and peers.
 Be critical and fair when evaluating others.
