    MINUTES OF THE MEETING (MoM) HELD ON 14-08-2018

    The second class committee meeting for II ECE students was held between 10.00 am
    -10.40 am on 14.08.2018 at Microprocessor Lab.

    POINTS DISCUSSED:

    Academic:
     Discussed about action taken report of class committee meeting – 1.
     Students are satisfied with the theory subjects and Laboratories.
     Instructed the students about all the points in the agenda.
     Advised students to utilize the CDC class in effective manner.
     Students expected the staff members to follow the timing for break and lunch.

    General:

     Encouraged the students to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.


     Asked the students to pay the fees pending.
     Encouraged the students to participate in intra departmental paper presentation and also
    advised to involve all the events in symposium.

    11.00 am -11.30 am on 14.08.2018 at microprocessor lab.

     Discussed about action taken report of class committee meeting – 1.
     Students were satisfied with all the theory subjects.
     Discussed about all the points in the agenda.
     Discussed about their GPA and CGPA and also advised the students to improve the
    CGPA and aim for university ranks.
     Guidelines for Project Phase I was given.
     Discussed about their project review presentations.

    General:

     Need Fan in the class room, since it is not working.


     Need three sitting benches with properly fixed tables, since the tables are in damaged
    condition.
     Students are encouraged to publish papers in conferences and journals.
