    COMPLIANCE
    PETITIONER, through undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable
    Court, most respectfully aver:

    1. On February 13, 2017, the petitioner received a copy of the Honorable


    Court’s Order dated February 10, 2017 ordering herein petitioner to cause
    the publication of the said ORDER re: Reconstitution of Original Certificate
    of Title No. 13902 (Lot No. 780 of the Cadastral Survey of Tanjay, containing
    an area of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHT (8,508)
    SQUARE METERS, more or less situated at Tanjay City, twice in
    successive issues of the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines.

    2. On February 20, 2017, the petitioner paid the amount of Four thousand
    (4,075.00) Pesos to the National Printing Office as publication fee in the
    Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines, as evidence by Official
    Receipt No. 12345 attached hereto as Exhibit “J”.

    3. That the said Order was published in two successive issues of the Official
    Gazette, dated May 8, 2017 and May 15, 2017. The said Order as published
    is shown on pages 2014 and pages 2020 of the said dates, respectively.
    Attached hereto as Exhibits “H” and “I”, respectively.

    4. Petitioner was also ordered by the Honorable Court to cause the posting of
    the same on the main entrance of the provincial building and of the
    municipal building of the municipality or city in which the land lies at least
    30 days before the scheduled hearing.

    5. The petitioner respectfully complied with the ORDER by causing the copies
    of the petition and the Court’s Order to be posted on the Bulletin Boards of
    Negros Oriental Provincial Capitol and Oriental and the City Hall of Tanjay
    City as shown by the CERTIFICATIONS issued by the City and the
    province.

    6. Petitioner is likewise directed to furnish the office of the Solicitor General,


    Land Registration Authority, Register of Deeds of Negros Oriental, and the
    persons named in the petition with copies of the petition and its annexes for
    their information and guidance.

    7. That Petitioner faithfully complied with ORDER by furnishing copies of the


    Petition to the Office of the Solicitor General at his office at 134 Amorsolo
    St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, as shown by Registry Receipt No. 12345
    (Exhibit “S”), to the Land Registration Authority, as shown by Registry
    Receipt No. 45678 (Exhibit “T”), and to the Office of the Provincial
    Prosecutor of Negros Oriental, by personal service.

    8. That the herein petitioner also furnished copies thereof by personal service
    to the following persons:

    a. Sps. Alfredo Cuevas and Anita Cuevas - Tanjay City (January 11, 2017)
    b. Sps. Felecitas and Ramona Mercader - Tanjay City (January 11, 2017)
