    Warranty claims

    1. Purpose
    To ensure that all processes related to trailers under warranty claims are carried
    under control condition.

    2. Scope
    The procedure is applicable to all activities related to trailers received from sub
    contractors that cover the warranty period granted by sub contractors.

    3. Responsibilities

    3.1. Quality control engineer


     Receiving and checking of incoming trailers along with ast.plant
    manager& check conformance with ordered specification under guidance
    of plant manager.

    4. Procedure

    4.1.1. Process for claiming warranty will be as follows;

    1 Product to be inspected by QC after receiving from Iran.


    2 Warranty Form # MTD-QF-15-03 to be filled in, for deficiencies noted (with
    pictures) & propose repair/modification and forward it to Mr. Moradhasel for
    approval.
    3 Warranty Form shall be filled for each product (in case of multiple quantities,
    one sample form will be filled), & Total Amount to be reflected in MASTER
    LIST (As shown in table below)
    4 Mr. Moradhasel to approve/comment on Warranty Forms. / Master List.
    5 MI Finance to raise invoice on monthly basis for ALL APPROVED
    WARRANTY CLAIMS.
    6 Any Warranty Claims rejected or pending shall be discussed during GM’s
    trip to Iran.
    7 Any further claims by client on performance of product during operation &
    within Warranty period will be raised separately with proper “REVISION”
    8 Warranty Form No. nomenclature ex; “W1538-TP3269-R00” ;  
    9 “W1538” is MI Warranty Work order No, 
    10 “TP3269” is Iran’s Chassis No, &
    11 “R00” is Revision status.
