    Root Cause Investigation by Departments:
    The complaint received on 06/12/22 of Bona Magic M-44, L-80 and XXL-52 for Leakage issue was investigated
    thoroughly. Historic data, retention samples, complaint samples (L-80), lab and operation reports showed no
    such leakage issue was observed during production however this may happen as an isolated and random issue
    or due to improper usage.

    Conclusion/Closure Summary:
    It is concluded after thorough investigation, samples re-testing and root cause analysis, the complaints are
    isolated or might happened due to improper usage. Lab testing, and online diaper testing is already in place to
    verify leakage via leg cuff and elastics creep analysis. However, to ensure no recurrence relevant preventive
    actions has been taken.
