Our behavior is a function of our decisions, not our conditions (the particular state that something
is in; the situation that someone lives or works in, or that someone or something is affected by:).
We can subordinate (having less power or a lower position than someone else in a company or an
organization; less important than something else) feelings to values. We have the initiative (a new
plan or action to improve something or solve a problem, sáng kiến) and the responsibility to make
