Taking Care
With COVID-19

Taking Charge, Taking Care

It has been inspiring to watch our Core-Mark Family take care of one another and serve our communities.  At a time when millions of people are jobless, compani
are on the verge of collapse and small businesses are shuttering…Core-Mark is holding strong!

But we all have to remain committed to keep our supply chain operational through this challenging time to ensure Core-Mark weathers the unprecedented
dynamics of COVID-19.

As we enter into this week we have to continue being vigilant on our personal protection practices of social distancing, hand washing, sanitizing, wearing gloves,
etc.  Our division leadership has to continue ramping up their cleaning practices, refining their action plans and providing our customers the critical products our
communities need.

Our number-one priority is to support the health and safety of our employees, customers and vendors. We all share the hope that future impact of this virus w
be minimized, and our thoughts are with those who have been affected by it. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates to our
guidelines, as necessary.

Taking Care of Customers

Wash hands using soap or Hand Sanitizer with HIGH FREQUENCY following contact with high human area touch points; soap is most effective to remove all germ
vs. hand sanitizer.

When visiting our stores, avoid direct contact with human high touch surfaces, using latex gloves where supplies are available represents a good alternative &
should be THROWN AWAY FREQUENTLY EACH DAY.

It is recommended that all employees wear latex gloves at work, where supplies are available. One key risk factor to the spread of viruses is how often we touch o
face. Experts say people touch their faces far less often when wearing latex gloves.

Ramp up DAILY SANITATION of any/all high human touch work surfaces including personal phones, door handles, gas pump handles, POS or ATM keypads, office
work areas including phones, desks, Ultipro Kiosks, refrigerators, vending machines, pricing guns, workstations, keyboards, laptops, desktops, restrooms, break
areas, cars, trucks, powered industrial trucks, ordering devices, driver handhelds, sleeper cab areas, warehouse handhelds & headsets, pick to light & voice
equipment surfaces, pallet jacks, hand trucks, stretch wrapper handles, lockers, pick line reach hooks/bars, etc..

Use disinfectant virus rated cleaning solutions/hand sanitizers/wipes with @ least 60% alcohol for DAILY SANITATION of cars & trucks

Daily car & truck fleet sanitation practices targeting any/all high touch areas such as handles, ramp grab handles, remote controls, key chains, locks, steering whe
seat belts, and various controls, store door handles, machines, equipment.

Remove all trash, coolers, and thermos from vehicles DAILY.

Taking Care of Employees

Stay home when you are sick with respiratory disease symptoms. At the present time, these symptoms are more likely due to influenza or other respiratory viruse
than to COVID-19.

Respiratory Etiquette: Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw it in the trash can.

Hand Hygiene: Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose
coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with 60%-95% alcohol.

Environmental Health Action: Routinely clean frequently touched surfaces and objects.

Wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially i
areas of significant community-based transmission.
