My team strength is 4 members who work on leading portals to generate leads. Source, screen and shortlist candidates as per the process requirements of the centre; both International and Domestic processes. Also sourced for the other Firstsource centres. Worked with Vendors and Freelancers to get resources from the market. Building new Vendors and liase with the Portal vendors. Cost negotiations with the media SPOC's for participating in leading Job fairs. Have managed the Employee Referral Programme. Launched monthly and quarterly schemes to generate referrals. Ensure the incentives were processed and disbursed to the employees on time. Analyse the data that is derived from the programme and understand the trend and challenges. Also, take actions to mitigate the challenge. Involved in branding activities - hoardings, newspaper inserts, ads in Malls and Multiplex etc..

Our Department organized a guest lecture on communication and precision farming on March 28, 2015 for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Students and Staff members. The lecture was arranged in Seminar Hall. The speaker for the lecture was Dr.Munir Bashir Sayyad, who is presentably working as General Manager in Reliance Geo, Mumbai. In this lecture, Dr.Munir Bashir Sayyad discussed the current scenario of jobs in market for communication engineers, social networks and precision farming. Dr.Munir Bashir Sayyad guided the students for the project selection with examples and given the idea of various projects which is really needful for the society as precision farming, application for agriculture monitoring etc.
