Army Model Rules


Universal Rules

Zealotry
Models with this rule in the first round of combat, they Discipline Tests are subject to Minimised
Roll. Also models equipped with Hand Weapon or Paired Weapons gain Devastating Charge (+1
AP).

The Cruel. ( 55 pts) Sultan Only.


All models with Shooting Attacks in your army gains the rule Callous.

Callous All models in your army are allowed to use Shooting Attacks against enemy units that are
Engaged in Combat with friendly units, as long as all friendly units Engaged in the Combat are
Standard Size. All units Engaged in this Combat are ignored for Cover purposes. When a model with
this rule targets an enemy unit Engaged in Combat with a Shooting Attack roll to hit as normal
against the intended target. Each hit must then be randomised to see which unit it hits. Roll a D6 for
each hit. On 3+ it hits the intended target. Otherwise it hits a friendly unit that is Engaged in that
Combat. If there are several friendly units involved in the Combat, randomise which one is hit.

The Slaver. (25 pts) Sultan and Caliph Only


The bearer gains Slavers. Also your army can include an extra unit of Slaves.

The Besieger . (25 pts) Sultan and Caliph Only


The bearer gains Engineer (3+). Also your army can include an extra War Machine.
The Beast Tamer . (25 pts) Sultan and Caliph Only
The bearer gains Distracting against models Type: Cavalry and Beast. The limit of The Beast is
increased to 20%

The Sailor. Caliph Only.


All your units of Al-Qassar Corsairs gain the rule Scoring. Your army can include 02 units of Al-
Qassar Corsairs with Ambush rule. Also one unit of Al-Qassar Corsairs may take a Banner
Enchantment up to 50 pts. The limit of Nomad is decreased to 10%.

The Prince of Thieves. (45 pts) Hashishin Only.


The bearer loses Not a Leader and must be the General. Its Special Equipment allowance is
increased to 150 pts. Another Hashishin in the Army may be the Battle Standard Bearer for 50 pts.
The limit of Nomad is increased to 20%. The Army may not include any Sultan, Caliph and Sultan
Guard.

The model follows the rules for Ambush with the following exceptions:
 The model may choose to roll for Ambush starting from the controlling player’s Player
Turn (but still at the end of step 2 of the Movement Phase Sequence after moving units
with Random Movement).
 When the model enters the Battlefield, it must be placed completely within any Fields
Terrain Feature on the Battlefield (instead of touching the Board Edge).
 If it cannot be placed, the model cannot enter the Battlefield this Player Turn and must roll
for Ambush again in the following friendly Player Turn.
 If there aren’t any Fields on the Battlefield, instead follow the normal rules for arriving
Ambushers (i.e. place it with all of its Rear Facing touching the Board Edge).
