Terms and Conditions

1. Above price quoted are inclusive of taxes.

2. The Scope of work
a) Complete SPV system- Procurement, Design of the plant, Installation and Commissioning.
b) Power feed-in point –Till the AC junction box located inside the premises.
3. Execution period – 80 days from date of receiving the work order and issuing advance
4. Transportation of the material till the project site is included in the above cost.
5. GEDA Charges, Net metering & Connectivity Charges are extra at actual.
6. Payment terms
a) 20% Payment Advance
b) 80% Before Dispatching Material (Solar Panel, Inverter, Structure, Cables, etc)
7. All extra and additional material/work, As per the bill raised on actual expenditure
8. Validity period for this quote is 7 day from the date of this offer
9. Tax is Dependens on Government regulation, If any change in GST rate, Quatation will be change
