Thanks, I most grateful to God for the completion of this Social Media portfolio as one of the
requirement that need to be accomplish in the course work assessment for the code ENT 530.
Special thanks to my parents in supporting me to complete this portfolio by give me motivation.
This portfolio has been prepared with the cooperation and support from many people. Besides,
not to be forgotten to my lecturers which are Madam Ainulmaawa Binti Hamat and her kindness
in helping me during the process of completion of this social media business work. She has given
me a good service by providing useful information. Without her, I would not be able to complete
this portfolio. Through these problems I manage to become more organize and mature in dealing
with problems that occur during my business. This portfolio covers social media business using
Facebook, sales revenue, creating soft sell, creating hard sell and create teaser to attract
customer. Lastly, to those who had involved and contributed directly or indirectly to this
portfolio, I am very grateful to them for the effort and initiative that they have shown in my
business until successfully completed my portfolio report. I apologize to all other unnamed
person who helped me various ways to complete this portfolio and we hope this social media
business and portfolio report can give us little bit about Entrepreneurship world and fact about
how to become an entrepreneur in future.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bathlicious offers bath bomb for customers, providing the variety flavour of bath bomb that
gives high satisfaction of consumer. Bathlicious target customer is working customer who often
travel or staying in the hotel. Bathlicious offers a variety of flavour that very highly natural and
has a good smell. Across Petaling Jaya particularly, the Bathlicious business has seen a started
end of October 2018. Petaling Jaya is well known as metropolitan city which is most employee is
staying around here. Bathlicious marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality and price of
products. Bathlicous offer the affordable price because the bathbomb is handmade by me using
all natural ingredient. Thus, I develop marketing strategy that will attract customer to buy my
bath bomb products. All the management of Bathlicous is handle by me. I also create Facebook
to expand my business through social media and learn how to post Facebook post for business
product whether teaser poster, soft sell and hard sell. I also must raise the revenue at least RM 61
and above and prudent spending for my product to avoid profit falls. The variety type of bath
bomb that bathlicious provide is sure to appeal the customers throughout Malaysia especially
around Klang Valley area.

Vision is to ensure the highest quality bath bomb products. Bathlicious will continuously
improve all aspects of business in order to sustainable growth and profitability on meeting the
needs of the present generations and also sustain the long-term success.
DESCRIPTION PRODUCTS/SERVICES FIGURES
Example of Bathlicious products. Bathlicious offers a box of bath bomb as well as a piece of
bath bomb with the flavour option of the customer’s request.
Customer can choose either to combine different type of flavour or sam type of flavour. All the
request of flavour combining is free.
PRICE LIST
Bathlicous offers a bath bomb with reasonably priced according to pieces bath bomb. The highest price
was RM36.00 for one box consist of 12 pieces and RM5.00 per pieces. Postage is free when customer
buy more than 2 boxes while RM8.00 is charge for postage in Peninsular Malaysia while East Malaysia
charged RM10.00. While Cash on Delivery is free around Petaling Jaya city.

I am very grateful to finish this social media portfolio. I have gone through lots of new
experiences and it is very beneficial in participating in this social media business. I hope that
my current business will be continue and progressed smoothly in the future. My target is that
want to achieve high profit in the involvement of this business even though there are many
challenges exist. Unfortunately, with the hard work I can raise my profit as real entrepreneur.
I also hope that with my dedication and hard work, I will achieve my mission and vision.
Before that, I should also show self-effectiveness in doing job and to make sure that my
product affordable and satisfy my customers. In addition, I know that social media business
is more challenging nowadays. Besides that, I hope can produce the best bath bomb that no
one can match with design and technology product. I will provide full responsibility and
commitment, there is also no doubt that I will achieve all these things. I am also encouraged
to take any chance directly or indirectly in order to increase my business performance in the
future. Finally, this social media business proved to be helpful to all. I able to plan and
execute a business in detail even my business is new, small and did not get a lot profit. From
the social media business experience, I have learnt a lot about the process of become real
entrepreneur in social media business. I gained a lot of experience how to handle the business
as well as the posting of product in Facebook, promotion of product and raise the profit. In
addition, I have also learnt about the risk I had to face and how to overcome the risks.
Through perseverance and hard work, I am successful to achieve profit from sell bath bomb.
This project also helps to enhance my entrepreneurship skills. In the future, I will looking
forward to continue my business venture.
