A. Getting Started
Good day everyone, and welcome to school year 2020-2021! I know that all of
us are in the state of adjustment due to pandemic, but we need to face it with
brave heart, wise mind and strong faith that we will be back to the normal life.
In this subject, you will learn about Oral communication, its nature as well as its
process.

As you begin the lesson, complete the dialogue in a comic strip given below.
You are done providing a dialogue to the comic strip given. Now do the activity
on p.3 of your textbook entitled “Map it Out”. Base your diagram on the comic
strip. Do your activity inside the box below.

Now that you have your diagram, analyze your diagram and look for the
elements and as well as its process.

B. Exploring the Lesson


Analyze the diagram and give the elements that complete your diagram as well
as its process. Afterwards, look for the PowerPoint presentation with the title
nature and elements of communication attached to your flashdrive-OTG.
Now that you are already familiar with the elements and the process of
communication. Do the activity entitled Hide and Seek on p.4 of your textbook
and answer the given activity.

learn the different types/models of communication. Analyze the diagram of
each model on pp.7-9 of your textbook and try to differentiate each model. To
confirm your observation, read the definition of each model in the given
PowerPoint presentation entitled “Models of Communication,” attached to your
flashdrive-OTG.
