return the defective parts(s) within 10 days from the completed date stated in this form and in accordance with Dell's Terms and Conditions of Service and

engineering visted site. vst, found issue with laptop missing the charge in the middle so refixed but same ie its for sometime it's charges sometime not so
replace the motherboard. now charging if the call is done again for the same pls send the DC in port. as the new motherboard is in the system. other system
working fine. no damage found in the same.
