PREFACE

AT THE BEGINNING
PREFA CE

This LOADING MONITOR is a software to monitor tank condition and drafts during
loading or unloading of cargo, filling or discharging of water ballast, bunkers or other
contents. Performance of this software is ensured when it works by O.S. Windows
XP, 2000, ME, 98 SECOND EDITION, and 98.

The operator shall read this Manual to understand fully the software of the system
before starting of operation for its safety and efficient usage. Actual illustration on the
screen and content of program may be somewhat different from the explanation in this
Manual.

Windows
This Manual is prepared for the understandable level of the basic operation of O.S.
Windows.
Operation of mouse and windows, method of opening or closing File, or other

operational way in this Manual are similar as standard of other application for the
Windows.
When anybody operates Windows at the first time, please refer to the Manual of
Windows.

When any query comes on equipment or the operation of the Computer, please refer to
the Manual of the Computer.

SPECIFICATION
Mouse

Usually “to click Mouse” denotes “to click left mouse button”. When it needs “to click
right Mouse button”, it will be described obviously as “to click right mouse button”.

Printer

When any query comes on equipment or the operation of the printer, please refer to the

Backup Power
When any query comes on equipment or the operation of the backup power, please refer
to the Manual of the backup power.
SET-UP

If power supply becomes black out when working on the Program and backup power
has started, please save the data for the Program and then quit the Program.

SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

The application program of LOADING MANUAL (hereinafter called as Program) is a

subject to the legal agreement between the ship’s owner/operator (hereinafter called as
User) and Musasino Co., Ltd (hereinafter called Company) as described hereunder.

1. License
The Company grants the User a license to use the Program on a single-Computer or
on the network. The User may not use this software on more than one Computer at

anytime.

2. Copyright
The Program is copyrighted so that you may make only one copy of the Program for
back-up purpose, which shall not be used on the other Computer by copying
Program for any reason.

3. Restriction

The User may not modify, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or reverse assemble


the Program for any reason.

4. Transfer and Lending


SPECIFICATION

The User may not sublicense, transfer (to sell, donate or exchange) or lend the
copyright of the Product to the third party without prior written permission from the
Company. Also any act of rental, suspected rental, lease or trading as used material
is prohibited.

5. Duration of Agreement
Agreement will become effective on the commissioning date of the User, and

terminated on the final date of operation by the User. However, if the User breaches
any clause of the Agreement, the Company will deprive the User of the using right

6. Duty after Expiration of Agreement


When the Agreement is terminated, the User shall destroy the Program as not to
reusable by the third party and dispose it, and also dispose the copy and all relevant

7. Limitation
The Company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential
damage lost of data program or any damage on the intangible property caused by
using the Program.

When smoke, strange sound or odor smell comes out from
the Computer or the printer, operation shall not be continued,
and electric code shall be disconnected from receptacle after

button, to move Mouse pointer scrolling continuously to “Programs”,
“Loading Computer” and to “Monitor”, and then to click Mouse.
