13---Analog output setting
Refer to “General parameters setting” on P-6 and P-7,the parameters related to analog output
are “AL*****”,“A******”,“PL*****”,“PH*****”.
Before setting, make sure the indicator displays 0,using multimeter to measure the output
signal from the indicator.
Example 1 ---100kg load cell with 0-10V output(same operation for 0-5V output)
1-Set “AL*****” into 0 which refers to 0kg.

2-Set “A******” into the total capacity of the load cells which is 100 in this case,it can also be
100.0, 100.00 ...depending on the decimal position.

3-Set “PL*****” into 0,the indicator will output 0~0.03V which is normal.

4-IMPORTANT!!!Adding known weight(reference weight) to the load cell, let’s say 50kg,the

indicator should output 5V in this case.
Set “PH*****” into 65200,if the output signal is smaller than 5V,then set it a bit bigger, the
output signal will change accordingly by adjusting this parameter, press En after get desired
output.

Example 2 ---100kg load cell with 4-20mA output:

1-Set “AL*****” into 0 which refers to 0kg.

2-Set “A******” into the total capacity of the load cells which is 100 in this case,it can also be
100.0, 100.00 ...depending on the decimal position.

3-Set “PL*****” into 12520,if the indicator outputs less than 4mA,set this parameter a bit
higher, the output signal will change accordingly by adjusting this parameter, then press En
after you get 4mA output.

4-IMPORTANT!!!Adding known weight(reference weight) to the load cell, let’s say 50kg,the

indicator should output 12mA in this case.
Set “PH*****” into 62590,if the output signal is smaller than 12mA,then set it a bit bigger, the
output signal will change accordingly by adjusting this parameter, press En after get desired
