1. Test Conditions :
Pump rotation : Clockwise (Viewed from drive side)

Injection pipe : mm × mm × mm Oil temp. : 40℃ +5℃
Test oil : ISO 4113 or SAE Standard test oil(SAE J967D)
Overflow valve opening pressure : Kgf/㎠
2. Injection Timing :
Pre- stroke : No. 1 plunger ±0.05 mm
Note : Adjust with control rack position of mm
Injection order : ∼ ∼ ∼ ∼ ∼ (Interval ˚±30′)
Plunger are numbered from the side
Tappet clearance : Bolt adjustment type → More than 0.3mm for all cylinders.
Shim adjustment type → Manually rotate the camshaft 2~3 times and
confirm that it rotates smoothly.

※ Actuator Adjustment Procedure
(1)Place control lever ⓓ in the idling position.
(2)Using setting bolt ⓒ set the clearance between the control lever ⓓ and setting
bolt ⓒ at aprox. 2mm
(3)Loosen nut ⓑ and fully screw in screw ⓐ
(4)At pump speed of 500rpm apply negative pressure of 500mmHg to the actuator,
andmesure the control rack position.
(5)Gradually loosen screw ⓐ, and at pump speed of 500rpm, fix the nut ⓑ where the
control rack position reaches 8.6±0.1mm.
(6)At negative pressure of "0" control lever ⓓ must return to the idling position.
(7)Repeat procedures (4)∼(6) several times to confirm the idling position.
