Visual Examination Report

A visual examination was conducted on October 23, 2020 of welds on a safety ladder. The welds were made using the SMAW welding process. Most criteria such as joint alignment, surface weld quality, undercut, and reinforcement were acceptable according to AWS D1.1 standards. Some minor issues like surface dents, dirt, corrosion, and underfill were present but within tolerance. Photos were taken to document the inspection results.
