    1. This Agreement, hereinafter known as the “Agreement”, is created on the Wednesday of October 14,
    2020 by and between ARFASOFTECH, Pakistan hereinafter known as the “1st Party”, and NAMOURY
    LTD (Company#: 11724398), United Kingdom, hereinafter known as the “2nd Party”, and collectively
    known as the “Parties”. The Parties agree as follows:
    2. This is an agreement between both Parties to re-design and develop an existing website
    http://namouryhotels.com from scratch.
    3. Tools and Technologies using to develop the website: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP, MYSQL, WEB API,
    JQUERY, BOOTSTRAP, API Integration etc.

    4. This document outlines the agreement between ARFASOFTECH, Pakistan and NAMOURY LTD, United
    Kingdom to provide solution to develop a web portal http://namouryhotels.com with back office
    admin panel, database development, and other features in the portal. Moreover 1st Party shall be
    responsible to integrate booking API in the website to get rates and availability of hotel rooms and on
    the basis of rates user should be able to book a room online.

    5. The aim of these developments is to increase the ROI by allowing users around the globe to book
    hotels, to be able to manage bookings by using the website. Since 1st Party has vast experience in
    travel and tourism web portal development, so this goal can be achieved in a very efficient and well-
    organized manner.

    6. 1st Party is hereby proposing a feasible solution to address these needs. Our solution will not only meet
    these requirements but by applying our experience in this field, we are able to exceed the client’s
    expectations. Our solution is divided to features essential to the client’s requirements as well as
    optional functionalities which we know by experience that greatly adds value to service in this industry.
    7. 2nd Party shall responsible to pay agreed amount for the services provided by the 1st Party as per
    mentioned below in quotation.

    8. Notes

    To transfer any amount totals, transfer fees of wire transfers / bank transfers are excluded and shall be paid
    by client.

    9. Confidentiality

    1st Party and the 2nd Party agree not to disclose or reveal the terms of the agreement to any person or entity
    not employed by, or not affiliated with, both parties.
