go 1. Quickwrite: Allow students 5 minutes to write

about themselves in whatever format they
choose. This will not be shared with the class,
but will serve as a “draft” to go along with the
collage assignment they will create later on in
the week when given more time to think
about themselves, and submitted to the
teacher..

2. Watch this video from Girl Meets World called


“Who am I.”

3. Analyze, discuss, and evaluate what’s


happening in the video in small groups first
and then as a class

4. Using the list I created to assist them, as well


as their own understandings, the students will
create a visual collage using Photocollage to
communicate to me and their other
classmates who they are.

a. The collage should include at least 5


images representing at least 5
different aspects of themselves rather
from the slides I’ve provided or of
their own understanding

b. Students may use their own images or


public domain images they find on the
internet

c. All images must be appropriate for the


classroom

5. Submit the collage through google classroom
