“Sagip Kapa-

module”

Submitted to: Sr. Margarita Imanil, FMA

Submitted by: Lucero, Lyneth P.

Rationale

The purpose of this Kapamodule is that the primary concern of many families is the
educational assistance of students who are struggling in their modules. Particularly for those
primary students. In today's normal setup, there is a need for educational assistance for modular
learning. This project encourages students to concentrate on their decision-making, learning, and
implementation practices, as well as their ability to coordinate their thoughts.

Many of these difficulties are faced by poor families who cannot afford online learning and
instead opt for modular learning. For some reason, though, the modular type is still not simple
for these families. Some parents pay no attention to their children because parents work and
others do their work. So that the parents are the ones who respond, and often they tell their
children to Google the answer so that they can get on with their work right away.

One way to efficiently deal with the difficulties that the community is facing is to
implement a program of assisting students with their modular learning. So, as we move forward,
we're trying to implement new ideas into this new educational framework. Both students and
parents will benefit from this initiative. They will be able to respond to modules and increase
their dedication to learning in the future.Education is extremely important to children, and we
must assist them in learning and progressing to the next stage of their education.

Objectives

 To help and find a solution to the community is facing.

 To make a difference in the community
 To have a positive impact on the community by understanding how education can be
used effectively for teaching and learning.
Preparation

Every Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., this activity will take place. The student
will no longer be required to travel and will be replaced by a student teacher. Each of them will
be given one hour. When the first student has finished, the student teacher will move on to the
next. Students should put on proper attire. They can carry their modules as well as any other
tools they will need for the session. Children and their teachers would be strictly adhered to the
guidelines in order to ensure the safety of all parties. Both of them must wear a face mask at all
times, and the student's instructor will bring alcohol to clean all of the items she will be bringing.
After the observation, here are the concrete steps to do:

Step 1: Approval from Professor

Step 2: Communication and Approval from the Participants

Step 4: Listing of children

Step 5: Preparation of Student and Teachers in Community Service

Step 6: Orientation of Parents of the participants

Step 7: Teaching on-site with the students following the protocols and guidelines

Step 8: Reporting to the parents’ participants

The following are the tasks to be performed during the community teaching process. This
could be done for one student per hour. The next students do so. Students and teachers are going
to plan their material first. We'll make a "Kamustahan" after preparation and ask how your
experience is in modular learning. Second, we pray before we go to the lesson presentation. If we
know what we can talk about the lesson properly and the modules to be followed. and lastly, we
will pray a closing prayer after all activities are completed. The teacher will report to the parent
what happened during the one hour with the child at the end of the session. So that the teacher
would advise their parents to keep track of what the students have learned so that they do not
miss what they are learning.
The project is expected to be meaningful and efficient, and both parents, students, and
student teachers will grow from it. We will be able to learn how to interact effectively, develop
our awareness, and build stronger relationships in the community, which will help to mitigate
some of the community's problems. Often, by encouraging the children to think practically, and
assisting them in becoming more interested in learning. Finally, another important task that must
be completed is to continuously monitor the students' learning by communicating with their
parents through messenger, so that we can determine whether or not the students understand
what we have discussed.

Action

The primary focus of this project is on students in primary school, and it is designed in a
modular format. This is an important issue to address because young people have a right to learn
and be prepared to have a bright future. Every family should also understand that a child's
education should not be ignored because the child's future is at stake. The service will be held at
their current location. This service is a face to face with each student. We will also make sure we
follow the protocols and guidelines. That there is a social distancing between the student teacher
and the participant. The student-teacher can wear a face mask and bring alcohol with her every
day so that everything she carries is safe and virus-free. The project is running, it is 12 to 4:30 in
the afternoon from Saturday. Individually, the students will work one at a time. After the
students have completed the activities, they will ask questions and express other opinions and
feelings about the session. Finally, both the participants and the student-teacher can provide the
resources for the session.
