I. Objectives

At the end of a lesson the pupils are expected to:

a. Recognize the harmony in music;

b. Classify and name the hand signal in harmony; and

c. Explain and state the important of rhythm.

II. Subject Matter

Topic: Getting to know Beat

Materials: Lyrics songs of “Are you sleeping”, “Row, row, your boat” and “Far health and
strength”.

Our lesson for today is all about of


harmony.

What is harmony, Eunecy?


Harmony is the singing is combination of
simultaneously sounded musical notes to
produce a pleasing effect and create a full
sound.
