Elaboratio Students will be assigned a group project titled “A Day at the Park.” This group
n project will a PowerPoint Presentation (see bullets below). Each group will have 5
students. The goal of this project is for students to develop a better understanding
of money, make real world connections, and collaborate with their peers.
Each group will choose a store to buy their items from.
Students will choose 5 items that we would need for a day at the park. The
prices must be researched online.
Students must create a PowerPoint presentation with the titled slide having
a picture of their store.
The next 5 slides should have a picture of the items they chose and their
prices. As they’re presenting, the audience will be writing down the prices
and calculating how much they spent. This will be done to ensure every
student is engaged during the presentation.
The final slide will show the amount they spent which cannot exceed over
$25.00.
