For UNLIMITED PLANS:

I will enjoy no data capping monthly.

Standard contract period Twenty-Four (24) months from installation, unless I avail of a
promo which requires an extended contract period.
No downgrade, assignment or transfer of rights or obligation or
termination of Globe Broadband Plan within the contract period.
Penalty for downgrade, assignment,
transfer and pre-termination if:
2 months MSF + Php2,500.00
a. With no device 2 months MSF + Php2,500 + Remaining amortization for ALL
b. With device devices.
Account balance Remaining balance from current account will be carried over to the
new Globe plan.

I acknowledge and agree that all other terms and conditions stated in the consent form shall continue to be in
full force and effect. Moreover, I warrant that I will use the service subscribed only for lawful, ethical and
appropriate purposes and not for any purpose contrary to law, morals, public policy, or for fraud or for causing
harm, or the denial of service to any person or entity.
