Objectives of the study:

1. To study the quality of work life of employees in DT solutions Pvt , Ltd., to


find out how quality of work life leads to high satisfaction
2. To study know how will the quality of work life is implemented in the company
and suggest any measure required
3. To know the existing working conditions industrial health and safety help to
improve the quality of work life
4. to study the workers participation in the organization
5. To examine how to training and welfare development programs that helps to
improve the quality of work life
6. To know the attitude of the organization towards the employees

Scope of the study:

Quality of work life studies about the relationship between a worker and hjis
environment only if the employee is satisfied with his environment he is satisfied
with his work

The study covers employees of DT Solutions Pvt., Ltd., the study focuses
on evaluation of design, implementation, feedback, participation only. It helps the
management plan for development and growth. The target sample of 5o employees
were selected at random. The report is useful to the quality of work life exist in the
company and the measures to increase the success of the organization.
