EN-FAB, Inc. designed and fabricated thirteen complete metering and

measurement stations for crude oil pipeline between Russia and Kazakhstan for
Caspian Pipeline Consortium Project. Along with all the metering and
measurement equipment, EN-FAB also supplied Quality Analyzer Systems, Flow
Control Skids and Leak Detection Units. All the stations have state of the art
Control Systems with easy to use Human Machine Interface. The Graphical User
Interface provides operators easy access to all the data and enables him to
control it efficiently.

 Mariquita-Cali Gas Pipeline - Colombia

In mid-July, 1995 Fluor Daniel Williams Brothers of Houston, Texas awarded En-
Fab, Inc. a contract to engineer and fabricate ancillary equipment required for a
340 km, 20" pipeline project for Colombia, the Mariquita to Cali gas pipeline.
Through an aligned relationship to review and approve all design issues, Fluor
Daniel Williams Brothers and En-Fab managed to meet a demanding execution
schedule. All one hundred and eight (108) skids were completed within a short
eight (8) months delivery schedule.

The project consisted of the following pieces of equipment:

 Pemex Project - Mexico

Chihuahua Gas Pipeline - Mexico

En-Fab, Inc supplied all the metering and measurement equipment to

GSP GDI SICIM Pipelines project in Chihuahua, Mexico. This natural
gas pipeline is designed for a flow rate of 91.0 million m3/day. En-Fab
Inc. provided metering and measurement equipment with gas
chromatograph, indirect fired heaters, pressure reduction system and
control panels for controlling and monitoring. En-Fab, Inc. also
provided start-up and commissioning services for all its equipment.

 Yucatan Peninsula Gas Pipeline -
Mexico
En-Fab, Inc supplied all the metering and measurement equipment to Energia
Mayakan project in Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. This natural gas pipeline is
approximately 410 miles long with an initial capacity of 7.4 million m3/day. En-Fab
Inc. provided metering and measurement equipment with gas chromatograph,
direct fired heaters, pressure reduction system and control panels for controlling
and monitoring for five stations. Four of them are currently in operation. En-Fab,
Inc also provided start-up and commissioning services for all its equipment.

 Pemex Project - Mexico
En-Fab, Inc. recently designed, engineered, manufactured, installed and
commissioned two (2) Ultrasonic Metering and regulation stations. These
units were for Pemex Gas Y Petroquimica located near Monterrey, Mexico.
The meters are 20” and 16” Ultrasonic meters with a flowing capacity of 233
MMSCFD at 900 psig and 144 MMSCFD at 900 psig respectively. These
stations are operated unattended via a local control panel with flow
computer and PLC connected to the pipeline DCS through Ethernet.

 Songo Songo Project -
Tanzania, East Africa
En-Fab, Inc. recently completed and shipped several equipment packages for
Songo Songo project in Tanzania, East Africa. En-Fab along with Larsen and
Toubro, designed, engineered and manufactured Skid Mounted natural Gas
Filtration and Metering Systems for handling 45 MMSCFD and 3.5 MMSCFD of
Natural gas. These systems consisted of Indirect Fired Heater with heat duty of
1.95 MMBTU/Hr, five electric heaters, two pressure regulating stations capable of
handling 45 MMSCFD and 3.5 MMSCFD of natural gas and skid mounted Fuel
Gas Distribution systems. Several control systems were required for this project
and were designed and manufactured using Flow Computers, PLC and touch
screen PC with easy to use Human Machine Interface for controlling and
monitoring the heaters, metering systems and fuel gas distribution systems.

 Natural Gas Treatment Plants for Steel
Mills – Bahrain
This natural gas processing plant was designed and fabricated by EN-FAB, Inc.,
Houston, Texas USA for Midrex Technologies, Inc. for a steel plant in Bahrain,
Middle East. It consists of the following:

• Gas Filtration Skid

• Gas Metering Skid
• Gas Heating Skid
• Pressure Reducing Skid
• Start-Up Gas Skid

Natural gas from the receiving station will go to three users – Direct Reduction
Plant, Melt Shop and Rolling Mill. Gas Filtration Skid is used to clean the gas and
prepare it to be used by turbine compressors and/or other equipment. The major
components of the system are Vertical Filter Coalescer, Water Bath Heater, Gas
Metering Station and Pressure Reduction Station.

 Gas Lift and Water Dilution
Measurement Skids - Algeria

Over a six year period, EN-FAB, Inc. designed, manufactured and

commissioned over 127 gas lift and water dilution metering skids for the
oilfields in Algeria. These metering skids are used for measuring gas and
water at the locations in the country which have no electrical power. The
skids are designed with solar panels (24 VDC) to power the flow computer
and the flow control valve. The skid flow control can be set at a fixed rate
or remotely controlled using additional equipment.

 Early Production Facility - Kuwait
Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) contracted with EN-FAB, Inc. for the design and
construction of an Early Production Facility. The gathering center is designated
as GC-17 and is located in North Kuwait. EN-FAB had a Technical Service
Agreement with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for the design engineering and
supply of equipment and materials for the entire facility.

The gathering center GC-17 project included:

• Oil and gas separation / processing plant including all necessary facilities to
produce stabilized crude, gas and water.
• Crude oil storage facilities of 1,000 barrel capacity for the two (2) desalter
trains.
• All required support and ancillary system.

 Lukoil, Komineft Project - Russia
The facility of Khariyaga Primary Oil Treatment system in Komi Republic
of Russia is designed to handle sixty eight thousand barrels per day of
produced fluid from existing production wells. The project consisted of
first stage two phase separators, heaters, scrubbers, chemical injection
package, desalters, surge vessels, desanding hydrocyclone, deoiling
hydrocyclone, produced water degasser, demulsifier, flares, etc. The
facility is monitored and controlled by Control system consisting of
redundant Modicon PLCs and redundant Wonderware HMI for failsafe
operation. All the components of the control system are connected via
Ethernet.

 Build, Own, Operate & Maintain
Steam Injection Facility -
Mexico

EN-FAB, Inc. provided Pemex a complete turn-key package on a Build, Own

& Operate (B.O.O) basis for an enhanced oil recovery project operation in
Mexico. EN-FAB delivers on contractual basis a volume of steam to the
Pemex wells 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
EN-FAB the project was to inject steam into 8 wells at 5 different well sites,
based upon a rotation dictated by Pemex. The crude at these sites ranges
from API 12 to API 16 gravity. Five of the wells were put into production with
pump jack lifts and were producing between 89 - 111 BBLS per day of crude.
After an average of 30 days of vapor injection into each of the five wells, the
wells are now free flowing between 850 – 1500 BBLS of crude per day.

To provide easy accessibility to Middle Eastern markets, EN-FAB, Inc. operates in

Oman through a large manufacturing plant located in Muscat, Oman. This facility
has been in business for the past thirty years. It started as a structural steel
manufacturing facility, owned and operated by Shanfari Group. EN-FAB’s
association with this facility began in 2005. This facility is a fully integrated plant,
with the same certifications as EN-FAB, Inc. in Houston, and carries all ASME
stamps. This sizable facility has a production capacity of 25,000 man hours per
month.
