What is it?
The students taking up Business Economics major should/will be the one to gain and learn from
the topic. Since they are the future young economist they should be able to know and realize the
type of concept for it will be their basis or one of the tools to further understand the said concept
in the future.
Explain the reason for the decision in relation to the ASSURE Model
Since these students will be the audience of the teacher/instructor, A in the ASSURE Model
stands for Analyze Learner Characteristics. For this, the teacher must know the characteristics
each student possess and how much level they could absorb from the topic. Therefore a teacher
must put a strategic plan that would help to yield or resist these characteristics.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The students were able to discuss the concept and origin of the money.
The students were able to explain barter and how it works before and its applicability in today’s world
The students were able to discuss the plastic cards being used jn today’s world
LEARNING ACTIVITIES :
Students were given an activities to be done at a specific time. They were told to look for any
news that talks about money in an online news. And they were told to make an essay about that
and what reaction they could give. They were also asked a certain question.

This come now the require learner response In the ASSURE Model. This will help to know if the
students understand the topic discussed.
ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES:
Students were given a chance to talk to each other for at least 5 tl 10 minutes in order for them to
assess themselves and reflect on the lessons we had.

This implies the evaluation from the ASSURE model. The teacher was able to evaluate the
students from the class standing and quiz that they had.
