space should have equal access to the crowd and should be in their immediate visual reach. - Anchor
stores have to be positioned in a manner where it can be away from immediate reach but it should
be followed in order to allow room for smaller shops to survive.

rooms should be backed up with proper emergency facilities and equipped with latest technologies.
