In the virtual training we cannot avoid to encounter some unexpected

circumstances or problems such as technical issues or connectivity. Our possible solution
with that is always to have a backup, and in order to manage the technical issues we have
another technical team to support it. In addition to that if something happens to the
wireless fidelity (wifi) such as no signal and etc. we have a load back up to have at least
data connection support that we can use in the virtual training. Regarding to the
participants, each one of us have different schedules and if some of the participants will
not be able to attend on the virtual training, may be a good communication will help we
can possibly pursue them to have a little free time to attend to the training. Moreover, the
second option if there are still others will not make it, we will consider their decisions
and we will look to have an extra participants that may be able to attend so that the
training provided may not be wasted. The facilitators will be attentively ready in order to
make an quickly action for the possible solutions if there is another conflict came or
