    INTRODUCTION

    High voltages.
    Will cause death, serious injury and property damage.
    Do not contact energized conductors.
    De-energize and ground high voltage conductors before
    working on or near them.

    Obtain the services of a qualified rigger prior to hoisting the
    recloser switch unit to assure adequate safety margins in the
    hoisting equipment and procedures to avoid damage.

    SIGNANL WORDS
    The signal words "danger," "warning" and "caution" used in this manual indicate the
    degree of hazard that may be encountered by the user. These words are defined as:
    Danger - Indicates an imminently hazardous situation that, if not avoided, will result in
    death or serious injury.
    Warning - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, could result in
    death or serious injury.
    Caution - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in
    minor or moderate injury.
    Caution (without safety alert symbol) -Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if
    not avoided,
    may result in property damage.

    ● Summary
    As the developing of the computer technology, transducer technology and network
    communication, and advance of power system network working requirements, primary
    equipment of single
    function turn out the inconvenient when in the using of the network, According to the
    whole power system, developing intelligent integration switch base on terminal it is
    necessary.
    Based on this idea, Our company developed a RCWTM Series intelligent integration
    outdoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit recloser. (which is upgraded from outdoor
    vacuum circuit breaker)
    ROCKWILL® reclosers are all comply with relevant standards.
    ● Using condition
    Air temperature: Maximum temperature: +85℃; Minimum temperature:-45℃
    Humidity: Monthly average humidity 95%; Daily average humidity 90% .
    Altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 2500m or more higher.
    Ambient air not apparently polluted by corrosive and flammable gas, vapor etc.

    The RCWTM continues to be completely factory adjusted and sealed. A cable connector
    assembly for interconnection wiring to the RCWTM switch is supplied.
    Accessories such as a potential transformer, or surge arresters,
    can be supplied as optional items.

    Make sure follow below item to Flitting the Recloser switch and storage, and mounting.
    Lifting of packing case
    Transport
    The RCWTM circuit-breaker is transported in seaworthy packing in ‘OPEN’ position.
    The RCWTM circuit breaker is packed in one case normally with electronic control cabinet.
    And the steel support fitting and others accessories is packed in the other case.
    Following documents are packed with RCWTM breaker:
    Instruction manual, Factory Test certificates, Drawings, Packing list.
    The circuit- breakers shall be transported in packed condition only. Following precautions
    are to be taken while transporting:
    Ensure that packing cases are not placed on wet surfaces / waterlogged areas.
    Breakers should not be stacked one over the other.

    Receipt & Storage prior to installation


    The breaker with complete packing should always be stored indoor to protect from direct
    sunlight & rain/snow.
    Breakers can be stored up to 3 months from date of shipment from the factory. For longer
    storage, the packing needs to be removed and the breaker be kept under controlled
    environmental conditions.
    We define storage in controlled conditions as a place with:
    Leak proof roof, Solid, flat ground, Relative humidity less than 50%,
    Temperature 20°C (± 10° C).
