Good day everyone, I am __________________ and I'm going to

demonstrate how to utilize electronic media in facilitating training. On


the video camera, is ________________________

To start the demonstration, first we must gather the necessary


devices and equipments.
 Laptop
 Projector
 Bluetooth Speaker
 Microphone
And for connecting the devices we have:
 VGA cable
 Power cord
 Audio Cable, and the
 And the extension wire for the power supply

Before we start on the installation of the equipments, we must follow


these certain reminders in handling the LCD Projector.

1. Place the LCD projector in a sturdy flat surface.


2. Do not block the ventilation of the projector
3. Do not drop liquid or object to projectors
4. Do not install projectors near the source of heat
5. Do not look into the projector’s lens with the lamp is on to
prevent your eyes from damaging.
6. Do not use lens cap when projector is on operation.

Now I’m going to introduce the main parts of the projector and its
functionality:
1. So we have here the lens, it is use to project image.
2. The elevator button and the elevator foot, it is use to adjust the
height or level of projection.
3. In the top, it has the focus ring; rotating this ring will focus the
projected image.
4. This is the zoom ring, is use to zoom in and zoom out the
projected image,
5. This is the tilt slider,use to align the projected image.
6. Here we have the control panel; it is use if you want to change
the setting of your projector using different control buttons like
the power button to turn on and off the projector, the menu
button, this is use if you want to change the settings of your
projector, the escape button if you want to exit a particular
function in your projector.
7. And now let’s go to the back of the projector. So we have here
the power socket for the power cord and the different
connection ports that lets you connect your computer or laptop
like the vga port that we are going to use later on.

So now, I'm going to show you how to connect the projector to


our laptop and to the power source.

1. First, get the vga cable, connect it to the projector. Make sure
that the cable is in proper orientation to avoid damaging the
pins.
2. Tighten screw.
3. And connect also the other end of the cable to port of the
laptop.
4. Next, get the power cord, then connect the power cord to the
power port of the projector.
5. Next, plug in the power cord to the power supply.
6. We also need to plug in the power cord of the Bluetooth speaker
to the power supply.
7. Then get the microphone. Connect the microphone to the
Bluetooth speaker by plugging in the cord.
8. Then get the audio cable to connect the Bluetooth speaker to
the laptop.
9. Then switch on our Bluetooth speaker. But first, Make sure the
volume is in lowest setting or in volume zero.
10. Now, let’s try the functionality of the projector and the
Bluetooth speaker.
11. Let’s turn on the projector by clicking on the power button
once.
12. Lets wait for a few seconds or minutes.
13. And then press the elevator button to elevate the image.
14. Let’s try to open a powerpoint presentation.
15. As you can see on the screen, it projected well.
16. Now lets try the functionality of the microphone.
17. As you can observe, The Bluetooth speaker and the
microphone is now functional. You can now use the microphone.

SO NOW, ALL THE ELECTRONIC MEDIAS GATHERED ARE NOW


UTILIZED FOR FACILITATING TRAINING.

AND NOW WE ARE GOING TO DISCONNECT OUR LAPTOP, PROJECTOR


AND THE SPEAKER:
1. Turn off projector by double clicking the power button.
2. Do not unplug for safety purposes.
3. Then press the elevator button to make the projector go back to
its proper level.
4. Then disconnect the vga cable, lets Loosen the screws of the
VGA cord from the VGA port of the projector
5. and disconnect also the cord from the laptop.
6. Then, Disconnect the audio cable.
7. Turn off the Bluetooth speaker
8. and disconnect the microphone from the speaker.
9. Then lastly, Unplug the power cord of the Bluetooth speaker
from the power supply.
