How do smoking, poor dietary habits and sedentary lifestyle cause lifestyle diseases?

A. Make a one-week Physical Activity log using the format below. Make sure that your
choice of activity increases the heart rate and is performed within a minimum of 30
minutes, practical (climbing the stairs), and/or related to household chores (mopping
the floor) push ups and curl ups maybe included in the routine. Put a check in the
thumbs up column if you were able to accomplish your daily activities and, in the
thumbs, down if not.
I did not have a hard time following my Physical activity log because this is what I spend
most of the time in a week plus I enjoy playing yoga and football with my family.
2. Do you think you can continue to be physically active and prevent your-self from
lifestyle diseases? Why?
Yes, my body needs it and yoga is much needed because it helps my bone since I have
scoliosis. So doing these on a daily basis is normal
3. What are the factors that hinder you in accomplishing your physical log?
I procrastinate a lot most of the time in playing mobile games plus I get busy with my
small business since making beaded accessories takes too much time.
So I wont be easily worn out in doing such activities. Regular exercise and physical
activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health,
and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your
risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers. In that way I
can do much work and be productive
