    1. Status of Breaker, isolator (89A, 89B, 89C and 89D) and


    earthswitch(89AE, 89CE1 and 89CE2 ) is checked and verified from
    SCADA for all 220KV same has been witness by customer.
    2. Remote operation of Breaker, isolator (89A, 89B, 89C and 89D) is
    checked and verified from SCADA for all 220KV with interlock as per
    the approved scheme. Same has been witness by customer.
    3. Status of Breaker, isolator (89A, 89B, and 89D) and earthswitch
    (89BE) is checked and verified from SCADA for all132KV. Same has
    been witness by customer.
    4. Remote operation of Breaker, isolator (89A, 89B, and 89D) is
    checked and verified from SCADA for all132KV with interlock as per
    the approved scheme. Same has been witness by customer.
    5. Status of Breaker, isolator (89A, 89B, and 89D) and earthswitch
    (89BE) is checked and verified from SCADA for all 33KV. Same has
    been witness by customer.
    6. Remote operation of Breaker is checked and verified from SCADA
    for all 33 KV with interlock as per the approved scheme. Same has
    been witness by customer.
    7. Configured SERVER-1 with last final backup. Now it working fine,
    same has been witness by customer.
    8. New DC supervision relay is installed (S/N-194430152A). Front side
    name plate is require.
    9. New relay REF-615 (132KV TRF-4 BAY) is install and tested with
    function LV REF OPTD. Same has been witness by customer. Details
    of relay is mentioned below.

    PENDING POINTS.

    1. Both Inverter regulator is not working properly and the output voltage
    is showing more than rated voltage (263V)
    2. Voltmeter in (TBC-BAY) of 33kv side is not working properly.
    3. MFM in (113-BAY) of 132kv and (202-BAY) of 220kv light is
    contineously glowing.
    4. Semapore lamp is indicating half for 89-B in 202-BAY.
    5. Test report need to submitted for all line bay and LV-REF of 113-bay.
    6. Aux system is not commissioned as still field wiring is not completed.
