IV. Market Analysis

The Opelika/Auburn area is rapidly expanding through residential and commercial development.
Kingdom Kids Day Care specifically targets the working population with children ages six
weeks to twelve years who live or work within a six- mile radius of the proposed center location.
Potential exists for services to parents working evening shifts or weekends at commercial and
industrial firms such as the hospital and Kia Motors in the Opelika/Auburn area.
At the present time, there are several child care center that offers direct competition, but with the
growth in this area, more child care centers are needed.

V. Marketing Strategy
Kingdom Kids Day Care will be promoted in various local media. Clients have already begun
promotion by word of mouth. Response has been favorable. Formal advertising is planned to
begin three months before the center is scheduled to open. Social media will also be used since it
has shown success in other local businesses.
Kingdom Kids Day Care will also help with community outreach with sponsoring local sports
teams from the community. This will also help with marketing as well as helping the local
society.

VI. Management Plan

Mr. Lowery will be responsible for the overall operation and administration of Kingdom Kids
Day Care. Mr. Brogdon will be responsible for all upkeep on the building and grounds of the
center. Mrs. Brogdon and Mrs. Lowery will be responsible for the teaching staff as well as act as
teachers themselves. The selection and retention of employees, as well as the expenditure of
funds will be jointly shared.

Employees
Other than managing partners, teachers will be hired to assist in the daycare as well as a person
will be hired to handle the preparation of meals. The staff will adhere to child to adult ratios to
protect the health and safety of all children (Parenting support, 2015).

VII. Conflict Resolution

One possible disagreement between partners could be debt collection for service provided and
the best possible way to collect this debt. One possible way to resolve this dispute is to refer to
the contract signed by parents, as well as fair debt collection practices act by validation of all
debt (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 1996). If this does not solve the issue the attorney on
file will be consulted to solve the conflict as well as any other conflict that could not be handled
between partners.
