EXPLANATION (Keterangan) :

1. As Subject (Sebagai Subjek)


Subject adalah pronoun yang posisinya sebagai subjek atau di awal kalimat.
Contoh:
1. I have a pen.
2. You are a student.
3. We are always on time.
4. They will go to Mount Bromo.
5. She likes cooking
6. He is handsome
7. It can bite.

2. As Object (Sebagai Objek)


Obeject adalah Pronoun yang digunakan dengan posisi atau penempatan sebagai
Objek. Biasanya terletak setelah Kata Kerja atau di akhir kalimat.
Contoh:
1. You can meet me
2. Shinta is going to visit you
3. I like him.
4. Slamet goes to school with Santi. He is happy with her.
5. That is my cat. Don’t touch it.
6. My father admires them.
7. Rara never forgets us.
3. As Possessive Adjective (Sebagai Kepunyaan diikuti benda disampingnya)
Possessive adjective digunakan untuk kata ganti milik / kepunyaan
(Ownership/Possession). Possessive adjective ini letaknya sebelum kata benda (noun).
Contoh:
1. I have a cat. My cat is yellow.
2. You have a car. Your car is nice.
3. Budi throws a ball. It is his ball
4. The students study at SMP 62 Batam. It is their school now.
5. Our flag is red and white.
6. I have a sister. Her name is Susi.
7. My classmate has a cat. Its tail is very long.
4. As Possessive Pronoun (Sebagai kepunyaan tidak diikuti benda disampingnya)
Sama halnya seperti Possessive adjective, Possessive Pronoun juga digunakan
untuk menunjukkan kepunyaan. Possessive Pronoun ini tidak diikuti benda
disampingnya.
Contoh:
1. The Handphone is mine.
2. I see a car in front of my house. Is it yours?
3. Where is your son’s book? Is this book his?
4. The balls on the field are theirs.
5. We have many computers in the lab. The computers are ours.
6. My sister buys a new bag from DC mall. This bag is hers.
