History:
In 1893,Caleb Bradham a young pharmacist from New Bern ,North Carolina ,begins experiments
with different soft drinks it made soda fountain with name of Brad’s Drink. In 1898 it named as
Pepsi cola on August 28,1898. It receives its first logo It develops all of his energy to made it .He
applies for trademark with U.S Patient office, Washington D.C and forms first Pepsi cola
company. Pepsi Cola was created in 1890.Frito Lay was formed by 1961.In 1926 Pepsi received
it first logo since original design of 1905.In 1926 logo changed again. It serve 200 countries.
Some brands are over 100 years old .It brand consist of Frito Lay North America, Pepsi Co
Beverage North America.
is committed to provide the quality soft drink to the customers. The organization is equipped
with all pre-requisite for meeting the future challenges successfully. NBC has a high number of
professionally qualified staff. The company is offering most popular brands of soft drinks.

THAT’S WHAT I LIKE.

It consist of three colors red, blue and white. It design in sphere like shape.

Needs and wants of customer:
Pepsi fulfills the needs and wants of customer. It is very necessary for reputation of company to
communicate well with customers and see all their wants and demands and work on it and fulfill
their demands. Company see the culture ,religion, social and psychological factors that effect on
customer needs and wants. When any company start business they see must these factors and
then work on it .Different cultures create difference on customer wants, values, perceptions and
behaviours. Social factors means groups ,family and Pepsi work on their wants and needs and
attract them to buy products. Personal factors means age, life style occupation when company
study these factors they easily determine customer wants and needs. When customer needs not
fulfill it effect on growth rate of organization because it effect on profit so, it is necessary to
fulfill all demands of customers and maintain quality of products and packaging design also
attract customers.

Company use many stratigies for distribution of products. Pepsi has given franchises in all over
Pakistan for distribution.12 units in different cities for this purpose.62 agencies only in Lahore
perform this service.

PepsiCo earnings per share decline in 2019 from previous year as investment in
business. Latest publications show that it has brand value of 10.5 billion U.S dollars as compared
to coca cola. Pepsi shares increase 2.95%for last two years and 30.64%for last five years as
compared to coca cola .It annual sales in Pakistan 75million.Market share of Pepsi 65% .More
than 2million people used Pepsi products daily. Pepsi run many production system in different

also increase revenue per year and also increase the market shares. Employees of this company
work hard for well future of company and increase annual sales and growth rate of company It
beats competitors and also give good quality and increase productivity and made strong brand

lays,7up,Teem etc. Company check market and check present trends of market and

their demands and then enhance product. Company before introducing new product
