    engineering service performance. Investing in the latest in technology and some of the largest equipment in
    the region has made Allgo an important partner to many businesses in the repair and manufacture of critical
    components for the mining, oil and gas, and marine industries. Allgo’s ability to train, recruit and retain talented
    personnel has given us an important edge over our competition. Our new 100T facility is nearing completion
    and we look forward to being an innovative leader in the heavy duty machining field and showcasing our latest
    large capacity machines.

    CORPORATE OVERVIEW
    H-E Parts purchased Allgo in 2018 with a view to expanding our Crushing Solutions service offering into
    larger component and sub-assembly rebuilds and repairs. H-E Parts International (H-E Parts) is a leading
    independent supplier of parts, re-manufactured components and equipment to the global mining, quarrying,
    heavy construction, and energy sectors.
    H-E Parts International is comprised of the following divisions:
    „„Mining Solutions – Complete powertrain solutions.
    „„Crushing Solutions – Crusher liner development, parts and wear product solutions.
    „„Engine Solutions – Diesel engine re-manufacturing and service solutions.
    „„Construction Solutions – Mobile equipment parts solutions.

    Our divisions offer solutions in support of mobile surface mining equipment, fixed crushing and minerals
    processing equipment, and mobile construction equipment fleets.
    At H-E Parts, we provide our customers with a superior alternative to many of the traditional OEM channels by
    responsively delivering innovative solutions that award the customer with the lowest total cost of ownership.

    SERVICES
    LINE BORING AND WELDING
    Allgo offers bore welding as a further addition to our maintenance, service & repair solutions. The fully functional MIG system
    for inside diameter (ID) or outside diameter (OD) weld build up utilizes step technology that offers a consistent weld with less
    distortion and easier re-machining.

    DEEP HOLE DRILLING


    Allgo has added deep hole drilling to our scope of work as part of a program to meet the demanding requirements for exploration
    tooling in the mining and oil & gas sector. Currently we have drill head diameters for typical hole sizes and can drill to a depth of
    2m in bar stock diameters up to .35m.

    METAL SPRAYING
    Allgo has in-house metal spray expertise and this service offering affords our customers the opportunity to reduce their total
    cost of repair over replacement parts. Being able to repair shaft and housing journals in a quick, reliable and efficient manner
    enables our customers to get back up and running in the shortest turnaround time.
    MACHINE SHOP
    Our capacity to execute the most stringent of
    projects, in line with expected time lines and
    adherence to quality standards ensures our
    customers can reply upon a cost effective, high
    quality solution. Allgo manages jobs with advanced
    job tracking software and we pride ourselves on our
    responsiveness and the clear and proactive way we
    communicate with our customers.
