Boom Sirkuit hidrolik
 
1. Boom raise
Oli dari pompa kanan (28) dialirkan melalui parallel feeder passage (17) di main
control valve (11) ke boom I control valve (19), check valve (14), ke shift valve
(4) di boom drift reduction valve (5) dan keluar melalui line (3) ke head end boom
cylinder (1). Oli dari pompa kiri (27) melalui parallel feeder passage (8) di main
control valve (11) ke boom II control valve (16), check valve (13), port (15), line
(10) dan ke boom drift reduction valve (5). Dimana akan terjadi combonasi aliran
oli dari pompa kiri dan kanan pada through passage (12) dan line (3) ke head end
boom cylinders (1). Oil return dari rod end boom cylinders (1) mengalir melalui
laine (2) ke boom I control valve (19), retrun passage (18), retrun passage (9) dan
retrun line (6) dan ke hidrolik tank.

2. Boom lower
Sebelum boom lower beroperasi, oli yang dialirkan hanya dari pompa kanan (28).
Oli dari pompa kanan (28) akan melalui parallel feeder passage (17) ke boom I
control valve (19), check valve (14), dan diteruskan lane (2) ke rod end boom
cylinders (1). Oil retrun dari head end boom cylinders (1) diteruskan laine (3) ke
boom drift reduction valve (5). Valve (48) bergeser karena tekanan oli pilot dari
pilot line (53) dan membuka drain line (50). Oil retrun di line (3) masuk saluran
(51) dan boom regenetation valve (41) sehingga oil retrun menyuplai ke rod end
boom cylinders (1) melalui line (2).

Stick Sirkuit hidrolik
1. Stick out
Oli dari pompa kanan (29) dialirkan melalui parallel feeder passage (12) di main
control valve (6), check valve (16), ke stick II control valve (13) dan line (7). Oli
dari pompa kanan (29) juga mengalir melalui parallel feeder passage (22), check
valve (19) ke stick II control valve (13) dan ke line (7). Jadi semua oli dari pompa
kanan (29) mengalir di line (7) ke stick reduction valve (5) lalu ke rod end stick
cylinder (1). Oli dari pompa kiri (28) dialirkan melalui center bypass passage (18)
di main control valve (6), load check valve (15), passage (17) ke stick I control
valve (21) dan passage (8) lalu masuk ke valve (4) di stick drift reduction valve
(5), line (3) ke rod end stick cylinder (1). Oil retrun dari head end stick cylinder
mengalir melalui line (2) dan retrun passage (9) ke stick I control valve (21) lalu
mengalir melalui retrun passage (10) dan retrun line (23) dan ke hidrolik tank.

2. Stick in
Oli dari pompa kiri (28) akan mengalir di center bypass passage (18), check valve
(15), melewati stick I control valve (21) dan passage (9) ke line (2) lalu ke head
end stick cylinder (1). Oli dari pompa kanan (29) di center bypas passage (12)
akan mengalir melewati check valve (16), stick II control valve (13) dan ke line
(42). Oli dari pompa kanan (28) juga mengalir melalui parallel feeder passage
(22), check valve (19), stick II control valve (13) dan ke line (42). Jadi semua oli
dari pompa kanan (28) mengalir di line (42) ke line (2) lalu ke head end stick
cylinder (1). Oil retrun dari road end stick cylinder mengalir melalui line (3) ke
stick drift reduction valve (5). Valve (4) di stick drift reduction valve mengalirkan
oli ke
passage (43), retrun passage (10) dan retrun line (23) lalu ke hidrolik tank.

Bucket Sirkuit hidrolik
1. Bucket Close/Open
Oli yang dialirkan di bucket hidrolik sirkuit hanya dari pompa kanan (22). Oli dari
pompa kanan (22) dialirkan melalui parallel feeder passage (16) di main control
valve (5), load check valve (12), ke bucket control valve (9) dan lane (3) lalu ke
head end bucket cylinder (4). Oil retrun dari rod end bucket cylinder mengalir
melalui line (2), orifice (11) di bucket conterol valve (9), retrun passage (17) dan
retrun line (6) lalu ke hidrolik tank. 2. Bucket open Bucket open beroperasi sama
seperti saat bucket close beroperasi. Oli dari pompa kanan (22) mengalir ke
parallel feeder passage (16), load check valve (12), ke bucket control valve (9)
dan lane (3) lalu ke head end bucket cylinder (4). Oil retrun dari head end bukcet
(4) mengalir melalui line (3), retrun passage (17), retrun line (6) lalu ke hidrolik
tank.

Swing Sirkuit hidrolik
1. Swing right
Oli yang dialirkan ke swing hidrolik sirkuit hanya dari pompa kiri (28). Oli dari
pompa kiri (28) mengalir melalui parallel feeder passage (13) di main control
valve (14), load check valve (12), passage (17), swing control valve (18), passage
(16), line (9) ke swing motor (5) untuk berputar ke arah kanan (clockwise
direction). Oil retrun dari swing motor (5) mengalir ke line (10), retrun passage
(11), retrun line (8), slow retrun check valve (33) ke hidrolik tank.
2. Swing left
Swing left beroperasi sama seperti saat swing right beroperasi. Oli dari pompa kiri
(28) mengalir melalui parallel feeder passage (13), passage (17) dan line (10) ke
swing motor (5) untuk berputar ke arah kiri (counterclockwise direction). Oil
retrun dari swing motor (5) mengalir ke line (9), retrun passage (11), retrun line
(8) dan slow retrun check valve (33) ke hidrolik tank.
