    1. Background of Information
    We would like to inform you that the adjusting procedure of "Cold mode". This function is
    added from "Environmental version" of SK200-6E & SK230-6E. This function corrects and
    improves the machine ARM jerky operation while working in cold temperature.

    2. Applicable serial No. of Manufacturers improvement


    MODEL APPLICABLE S/No
    SK200-6E YN08-34130 and up
    SK210-6E YQ08-04773 and up
    SK230-6E Running change
    SK250-6E Running change

    3. Information
    1. Initial value depends on the HYD temperature.
    2. After turn off the key switch, this function cannot be memorized for more than three hours.
    3. Change to "5", when it is necessary to operate at mass excavation operation while the HYD
    oil is in low temperature.

    4. Adjusting procedure

    1-1 Turn on key switch while pressing buzzer stop switch.


    You will enter "Service Diagnosis" function, which monitor screen show No.1 display.
    (Refer to display A)

    1-2 Press screen change switch to display the desired screen display No. 7, which shows
    Sol Valve for Power Boost. (Refer to display B)

    4. Adjusting procedure
    1-3 Press "Working light switch" 3 times, keeping "Work mode selector switch" pressed, and
    the "adjustment mode" appears. (Refer to Display C)

    1-4 Setting procedure:


    Initial adjustment mode display: (Refer to display C)
    MAIN CONT. P/N
    "LOW TEMP ADJ"
    VER "00.00"

    Press "Work mode switch"..... The adjusting value rises.


    Press "Buzzer stop switch"..... The adjusting value lowers.
    "00.00" (for cold mode) and "00.05" (to resume normal conflux operating condition.)

    1-5 Return the diagnosis screen.


    Press "Screen change switch" to confirm and data will be memorized by controller.
    Display will return to the No.1 - display A condition.

    1. The value range from (00.00 to 00.05) are the operation time Change to "00.05", when it is
    which accumulated by the low pressure sensor. necessary to full spec operation
    2. During ARM-IN operation, one pump is working for the first 5 when the HYD oil is low
    min. temperature.
    3. During ARM-OUT operation, 2 pumps operate together for
    00.00 = work as cold mode
    the first 5 min. However, oil flow of P2 pump is reduced by 00.05 = to resume normal conflux
    the operating condition
    controller.
    4. After 5 min of operation, the machine resumes its normal
    conflux operating condition.
    5. Change the "Low Temp Adjust" setting to "5", to obtain Cluster gauge Switch location
    normal 2 pump conflux condition while the HYD oil is at low

    temperature.
    6. After turn off the key switch, this function cannot be
    memorized for more than 3 hours.
