    This urine examination report belongs to a 25-year-old male patient named Ibrar. The urine sample was collected on September 10, 2021 and the test was performed the next day. Upon physical examination, the urine was found to have a reddish-yellow color and turbidity, with a specific gravity of 1.015. Under the microscope, 10-12 pus cells and numerous red blood cells were seen per high power field, along with 2-3 epithelial cells. No casts, crystals or amorphous material were observed. The chemical examination found the urine to have a pH of 6.0 and be negative for sugar, ketones, proteins, urobilinogen and bilirubin.
