Steps to Submit Actual Investments for FY 2021-22

Login to your Synepay Account with windows credentials

Step No -1

Click on Investment Declaration last option on the left-hand hand side.

Step No – 2

Click on ‘New Actual Declaration’ – option available on right hand top corner. Upon clicking on ‘New
Actual Declaration’ below window will open, read all the points carefully and click on ‘Continue to Actual
Investment Declaration’ at the bottom of this page.
Step No – 3

After clicking on the ‘Continue to Actual Investment Declaration’ Actual investment declaration will
open for entering the amount and for uploading attachments.

1) Fill all the actual investment amounts against respective section and attach the related
documents (along with future declaration, if applicable).
2) Please upload the documents in PDF/JPEG format.

Step No – 4

Click on ‘VIEW FORM 12BB’

Check all the actual investment amounts entered and their respective supporting are attached properly.

In case of any changes in amount or in attachments , you can click on ‘Save as Draft’ and make necessary
changes. Post then, you can again check Form 12BB and submit.

Once submitted Actual Declaration form , it cannot be modified. No Changes in amount and as well in
attachments are allowed post submission.
Step No – 5

You need to click on ‘Submit’.

Upon clicking { Submit } button – your Actual Investment Declaration Form would get submitted
successfully and the declaration form along with the supporting proofs uploaded would automatically be
sent to investment proof verification team for validation of proofs and subsequent approval of valid
investments only .
