SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-MASTERY AND TEACHER AGENCY
Me and Others 1. What group of people do you like to hang out with? - I like to hang out with people who shares my interest. My interests are music, gaming, and literature 2. Who are your role models? Give at least 3. What make you look up to and admire these people? - Ferdinand Marcos – during his time, the Philippines was one of the countries who had the best education - Corazon Cudia – the former DEAN OF THE COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION NVSU BAMBANG. She was a great teacher and will not leave a student behind. - Armando Dafang – my father who is an English teacher. He is hardworking and very patient to his students. He is also a great coach in athletics 3. How does your personality change as you associate with different groups of people? Why do you think it changes? - My personality changes almost immediately depending on the people I am with. I tend to imitate their expressions so that I can relate to them easier. 4. What kind of school head brings out the best in you? - A school head who is more of action than that of words is the best school head for me. I always appreciate a school head who is also very relating to his team. 5. How do you involve parents in the learning process? - I always ask parents to keep encouraging their children to keep on studying and to help them realize its importance and not just for the completion 6. What kind of people do you find it difficult to work with? Cite your reason - I don’t work with people who keeps their opinions to themselves. I am a person who decides based on facts and not just my personal views. I always weigh out the pros and cons of an option and if someone is not giving much information at all, then I will struggle working with them 7. What do I value most in a pupil/student? - I value hard work and effort more than anything else. A talentless but hardworking student is a thousand times better than a lazy talented student. 8. As a teacher, in what area/s do I feel I need improvement? - I feel like I need to improve in my communications skills and empathy so that I can relate more to all the people around me.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM
Reflection In what concrete ways does the session help me become a more health-conscious teacher in promoting a positive health habit? - This session helped me in making my own diet plan. It also helped me understand the positive effects of being healthy while I am teaching. My health is my sword, as teacher, one day of not teaching not just mean a day of salary lost, but most importantly, a day of the learners missing out on learning. GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) The next activity is writing the actions that you will do on a given situation. You may also share your answer/s during the LAC Session for additional input or discussion. Case 1: A learner got pregnant and expected to deliver toward the end of the school year. - Provide specialized activity for the learner so that she can still catch up with lessons. Help her realize the importance of continuing to study not just for her own but also for the sake of her future child. Case 2: At the middle of the school year, you noticed an increase in absences among the boys in your class. - Find the causes first. Boys tend to do these things if the are no longer interested in their classes. Try to contact their parents so that they can help you in helping this lost students.

Case 3: A girl student reported to you that she was harassed by her teacher. Then another student reported same experience with the same teacher. - Gather evidence first. You need to investigate as this is a very sensitive matter. If prove the allegations were true, then present the evidence to the principal. Case 4: Posters and other classroom materials showed gender bias and sexist messages. - Immediately take them down. You can use this as an opportunity to make have the students design classroom materials which will also showcase their creativity and open-mindedness. Reflection In what concrete ways does the session help me become a more agentive teacher in promoting gender fair classroom setting. - I developed more respect for both sides of the gender spectrum. Each has their own special needs.
