    Except for the rate and the payment of freight and demurrage, al¡ terms and conditions specified in the
    or Agreement under which this Vessel employed are deemed to be incorporated herein and shall
    govern the rights of the parties concerned in this shipment.

    This BILL OF LADING shall have effect subject to the provisions of the law or enactment which has been
    or discharge giving statutory effect to the rules set out in the international convention for the Unification of
    certain rules relating lo Bilis of Lading signed at Brussels on August 25, 1924, if no such law or enactment
    has been pased, this Bill of Lading shall have effect subject to the provisions of the Carriage of Goods by
    Sea Acts of the United States, approved april 16, 1936. lf any term of this Bill of Lading be repugnant to such
    law or enactment, or the act to any extent, such term shall be void to that extent but no further.

    In Witness where of, the master, or Agent has signed 3 (THREE ) Bill of Lading of this tenor and date
    one of which being accomplished, the others will be void.
