ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMPUTER-BASED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST

FOR TEACHER APPLICANTS FOR SY 2020-2021

1. Relative to the email received from the Bureau of Education Assessment

(BELA) dated July 17, 2020; the Schools Division Office, School Governance and
Operations Division (SGOD), the School Management Monitoring and Evaluation
(SMME) and School Testing Centers shall administer the Computer-Based
English Proficiency Test (EPT) on a date to be announced later at the different
School Testing Centers. Enclosure 1 is the list of Testing Centers.

2. With reference to DepEd Memorandum No. 106, s. 2019, EPT results last
November 10, 2019 are still valid. Hence, examinees who took the test on the said
date will not be allowed to take the test.

3. In reference to EO 112: Omnibus guidelines on the implementation of

community quarantine, the following applicants are not permitted to take the test.
a. Applicants who are below 21 years old and those who are 60 and above
b. Applicants with comorbidities, immunodeficiency or other health risks.
c. Applicants who are pregnant.

4. All Applicants are advised to accomplish online the form to the herein link -
https://rb.gv/kutrf8 on or before July 26, 2020.

5. Strict health protocols will be implemented in the Testing Centers. As such,

temperature check, wearing of masks, social distancing and sanitizing will be
strictly observed. Only those who will have a temperature reading of 37.4 degrees
Celsius or lower, submitted the duly signed pre-accomplished Health Declaration
Form and presented valid ID will be allowed to take the test. Enclosure 2 is the
Health Declaration Form.

auditing rules and regulations.
