2. The students will be divided into 5 and the leader will record the score of
his/her groupmates.

D. Generalization
The teacher will ask the students a question.
1. What is physical fitness?
2. What is flexibility?
3. What is coordination?
4. Why are the benefits of fitness?
5. Give at least 3 examples of physical activities
Third Day
E. Application
The teacher will tell the students to answer the activity on page 306,308, and 314.
Fourth Day
V. Evaluation
The teacher will give the students 15 minutes to make review about the last
topic.
Direction: Identify the components of the Physical Fitness Test by choosing the
correct answers from the choices in the box below.
1. Stand erect with your feet together and your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
2. This is a six-item battery test that is intended to assess the physical capacities of
students.
3. It measures how fast your body parts can move in the shortest period of time.
4. It is the ability of your body to stand up to stress for a long period of time.
5. From an erect stance, turn your head as far as you can to one side. Then turn it
as you can to the other side.
6. Start from horizontal position, face down. Your body should not be touching the
ground except for your toes and hands which could carry your body weight.
7. It means that your entire body is working smoothly.
8. Able to move the joints of the body easily and smoothly when you bend, twist,
and stretch without hurting yourself.
9. It means that you can easily balance yourself if your body begins to sway or lean
in one direction.
10.It means that you can react quickly.

social and spiritual well-being.
