I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
A. Identify the different levels of Physical Activity Pyramid;
B. Appreciate the importance of the Levels of Physical Activity Pyramid in
everyday lives;
C. Construct their own Physical Activity Pyramid.

These Activities should do


everyday and habitually.

our body stronger and healthier because

facebook messenger, until 7 in
the evening at the same date.
For us not to be lazy and to manage time.

We will become lazy and we don't have


energy to do other tasks.

IV. Evaluation

Direction: Write A if the situation should be done everyday, B if 2-3 times a week,
C if 3-5 times a week and D if once a week.

1. Walking to school.
2. Doing exercise like push-up and pull-ups.
3. Playing basketball and volleyball.
4. Playing computer and sitting more than 30 minutes.
5. Doing household chores.
