many famous brands in its portfolio . The company has recently merged with another
confectionery company , Reedley, and now has a merged field sales team of over 200 in
the UK, including ten regional managers. The company relies heavily on receiving timely
market information from its sales force. Analysing quality market information is crucial
to decision-making and planning.
You, Harry O’Riordan, are the new Director of sales for the recently merged SmileCo
. Send an email to Gabriella Henderson , the Human Resources Manager, and inform her
of the following :
 Ask her to schedule a meeting , including her , the IT Manager , Kamal
