CHAMPAGNE BAR

What is that?
The world raved about the “martini”—traditional and the inventive. A champagne bar does the same,
except its emphasis is on the bubble. With creative and deliciously decadent mixologies paired with just
the right bubbles, Cassis, a modern bistro is pleased to entice your palates and to be the only restaurant
in the surrounding Kansas City area to specialize in Champagne cocktails.

The word “bar” only implies the place in which the beverages are prepared because you may order these
anywhere or anytime in our cozy bistro.
