    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

    I, MIMIE SARBA, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Grote Kerk, Zwolle,
    Netherlands, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my sister, ANALYN SARBA DELA
    FUENTE, married, of legal age, and a resident of Prk. 3, Rattan, Apokon, Tagum City, to be my
    lawful Attorney-in-fact and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the
    following specific acts:

    1. To purchase a real estate property specifically located at Blk. 1, Lot 2, RJP


    Village, Apokon, Tagum City embraced by TCT No. 222-123456789;

    2. To sign and/or execute the deed of sale to effect the sale of the property in my
    name;

    3. To receive all the documents pertinent to its purchase and transfer in my name;
    and

    4. To make payments, sign papers, execute documents and other writings of


    whatever nature that needs my consent and signature for the purpose of giving effect the
    purchase under my name.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact power and authority to do
    all and every act necessary to carry in effect the foregoing authority and transaction, and hereby
    ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact may also do or cause to be done under
    and by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this Special Power of Attorney this 15 th day of
    February, 2022 at Tagum City, Philippines
