    Action Plan for the School Year 2022- 2023

    Title: Getting To Know Grade 11 – Peter Drucker

    Rationale:The COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly changed how we live, work and learn.  We
    are committed to responding as rapidly as possible as we transition to working and
    meeting .

    As the Philippines and the rest of the world were just recovering from the surge in
    infections, Department of Education (DepEd) implemented that limited face-to-face classes
    will take effect in this school year 2022-2023.
    In line with this, Children of Fatima School of Mabalacat Inc. will conduct blended learning
    set-up for Grade 11 students in this new normal S.Y. 2022-2023. To meet the CFSI’s
    mission to provide safe and motivating environment, a virtual orientation for learners will
    be provided. This will also serve as a medium in bridging the gaps through getting to know
    each other and building rapports. Another would be setting expectations for the academic
    year and come-up with a house rule to strengthen the values and characters of the
    learners.
    Online and supporting the learners to deliver lesson efficiently and effectively as we
    equipped them with competencies.

    Goals: To create a classroom full of responsible students that will make a class an effective place of teaching
    and learning
